Having struck out utterly with Michiko Maeda in real life, Buck re-encounters her in that natural realm for Michiko, that of dreams.

And where does he get the idea that his fantasy should be situated in a bathhouse? Well, that’s probably a natural possible place into which to inject a sexual fantasy.
